Techspace

In 2018 we converted a disused warehouse into a full operative coworking space for our client Techspace. The building located within Kreuzberg Berlin, boasted 5M ceilings along with a central courtyard. After comprehensive design feasibility studies, multiple test-fits and local market research we were able to successfully design a fully operated coworking destination, split into individual units. We were very pleased with the outcome of this project within a cutting edge European city.
