First Agency are a global brand experience agency with offices dotted all over the world.

ORCA Studios were shortlisted to redesign their London HQ based in Bermondsey.

The brief was to create a space which would attract the staff back into the workplace, inspire collaboration, and enhance productivity.

We implemented the clients brand identity throughout the office through feature colour selection, artwork and branding. We simultaneously played homage to the heritage of the building, a former tobacco house and stripped back some of the buildings original features including the existing brickwork, original floorboards and beautiful oak beams.

Something which we are most proud of is the sustainable credentials within this project. We re-used existing client furniture, transformed existing furniture into new joinery and specified local supply chains for the works.
